This Tuesday the player makes it to announce on his official Twitter handle his retirement from all the formats of cricket.
He tweets “It has been an absolute honor to represent my country & state UP. I would like to announce my retirement from all formats of cricket.”
Raina will now be taking part in games like Road Safety Series World T20 and the overseas T20 Leagues. In 2020 he took his retirement from international cricket.
Surest Raina is a popular and professional Indian cricketer who marks his game in the position of Batsman. He is an Indian player born in Muradnagar, Uttar Pradesh in 1986.

He has informed BCCI secretary Jay Shah and vice-president Rajiv Shukla about his decision. “I will play in the Road Safety Series. T20 franchises from South Africa, Sri Lanka, and UAE have contacted me but I am yet to take my decision.”
