Dambulla Giants of the LPL is a franchise T20 cricket team based in Dambulla, Sri Lanka. Here let me inform you that earlier this team was known as Dambulla Vikings. Lanka Premier League 2022 will be held from 6 to 23rd December 2022. At the same time, I also said that this is the third edition of the Sri Lankan Premier League. In June 2021, the Sri Lanka Cricket Council suspended the franchise ahead of the 2021 Lankan Premier League due to financial problems. Furthermore, the team changed ownership in September 2021. And after that, the team’s name was changed to Dambulla Giants. This team has always performed well in the Lankan Premier League.
